Trevin Cole is my first born...but hes still my baby even if hes a big boy!
I remember the day I had him... Jan.9 2006 at 4:02 pm ( i got my water broke cause i didnt want to be in monterey while alan was at work) luckly they can do that i was so happy!!! So i had to go in at the hospital at 7am they broke my water around 8am)
Trevin wanted out as fast as he could. Everyone's birth is so different but u sure can remember what happened to you during the delivery. Got my epidural it seemed to work only on my left side... Trevin was so ready to get out I didnt have enough time to level out side to side to get a even dose so my right side was feeling so much pain right before i was ready to push the worse pain I ever felt. I remember pushing the button for the nurse my aunt Trenda said thats what they were there for I was so nervous to bother anyone bec at this time they just gave me some more meds to help with the pain, after a lil i got control and was ready to push ... in the middle of pushing he was about to come out and of course u cant have a baby with out your baby doctor... they kept saying stop pushing i kept saying back i aint hes coming out on his own... my doctor walked in and it wasnt a few pushed Trevin was here with us. 8.1 lb 20 1/2 inches long. Best day of my life. I didnt cry but I sure understand y some do...
Usually girls have their moms or who ever to help them with their new baby, but not me, Alan and I did everything alone. Alan's parents would help me watch Trevin so I could do somethings but other then that I was and still home daily taking care of my kids...which is my job and Im proud to say it is I would ratehr be home with my kids and see everything they do and know they are okay and not have to worry.
Being a young mother is harder then it looks. They get into everything... and U never seem to have a break but at the same time u want to cry and pull ur hair out u seem to love every minute of it.
I got alot of things at my shower but we had to buy most of our stuff which at 17 and 18 its really hard but we were lucky to not have to be without of anything. Luckly I had friends that supported me and Family. Or I coudlnt do any of it.
Alan would help me at night feedings and do the best he could to help me but I usually wanted to do everything. I didnt want alan's mom to do anything or take him anywhere sorta hurt her feelings at first but she understood so Im lucky to have gotten to learn on my own even though it was probably the most challenging ever cause I didn't know much. Sleepless night for like 7 mo.'s he never slept all night. I breastfeed him for 3 1/2 months.. had a hard time to make milk so I had to put him on formula so he could have enough...but Im glad I did...it hurt so much the first few times but then I learned to use a pump and I was the happies girl alive!!!
Trevin is such a great kid even if hes a wild child he doesnt mean to bother anyone hes just all boy.
Makes me sad hes 5 now... it seems so big but yet hes still so little. I hope he knows I love him so much and I would do anything for him... hes my angel and my everything!!!
